Daifuku are small Japanese sweet treats made of mochi and filled with goodness. Here, you can take a trip over to Southeast Asia where Lychee fruit is widely found. The mochi outer layer is made from glutinous (not to be confused with gluten) rice flour which encases a delicious, real lychee paste.
